SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Delivery Information and Charges
Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same day, orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays are dispatched on the following working day. All orders are dispatched by overnight courier depending on the size of the consignment. Pallets will not be sent on a guaranteed next working day service.
NOTE: We cannot guarantee next working day deliveries during the COVID19 pandemic.
Road carriers are struggling to keep up with demand.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order. Once you enter your postcode in the cart or checkout the delivery charge will be calculated.
There is a minimum charge of £5 + VAT
All deliveries will be sent on a signature service road carrier.
We use TNT for any small orders.
For pallets we use CROSS COUNTRY CARRIERS & TREASURE TRANSPORT.

Refunds & Replacements
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order and request a refund within 7 days of receiving the goods. To cancel, you can contact us within seven working days of delivery of your order, quoting your order number. You must not use your items and must return them unopened and in the original packaging. A refund of the cost of the goods, excluding carriage charges, will be sent to you within 30 days.
Please check that you have ordered correctly and received the right products as soon as they arrive. If you have ordered the incorrect goods in error, we will replace them providing they are returned unused, but this will incur a postal charge.
It is important to us that you are satisfied with our service. If you need to return goods to us for any reason more than 7 days after receipt, we will normally issue you a credit note for the value, providing that the goods are unused and in good condition.
Before returning any goods to us you must contact us.
Loss or Damage
Occasionally goods may be lost or damaged in transit.
We will send a replacement order when this occurs, but we might need you to provide photographs or collect the damaged item from you so we can provide proof for our carrier claims.
In all cases we must be informed of non-arrival, damage or shortages within 14 days of the order being placed otherwise no claim can be made or replacement goods sent.
